Congratulations on progressing to the next stage of our recruitment process!
You have been invited to complete a one-way video interview. Please read the guidelines carefully before starting:
Interview Guidelines
All responses must be in English. We recommend you do not apply if your English skills are not strong as this particular role will require daily communication and English speaking to client and colleagues at all times.
Keep your answers clear and focused. Video and audio responses should generally be 1–3 minutes in length.
Think carefully before answering — we are assessing your communication, clarity, and professionalism.
Video & Audio Expectations
This is a work-from-home position. How you prepare and present yourself in this interview will directly reflect your ability to work in a safe, clean, noise-free, and professional environment.
Camera & microphone quality matter. Poor lighting, background noise, or unclear sound will affect how your answers are received.
Webcam use is strongly preferred. Phones may only be used if they provide good quality video and audio.
Prepare your environment — quiet space, neutral/professional background, and stable internet connection.
If needed, borrow a family or friend’s quiet space or equipment. The interview link can be accessed from any location.
Treat this as seriously as a live meeting with the client.
Technical Tips
Ensure stable internet. If you encounter upload issues, try switching to a mobile data connection.
If problems persist, contact Hirevire support via the chat button on the screen.
Next Steps
Your responses will be reviewed against the requirements of the role.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to a technical drafting test (Revit) and may progress to a live client interview.
We aim to review and provide feedback within 14 business days of submission.
Start Dates
Successful candidates are expected to start within 15–30 days, aligned with Sydney business hours (AEST).
📌 Treat this stage as a demonstration of your remote-working professionalism. Preparation, attire, clarity, and a distraction-free setup will reflect positively on your ability to succeed in this role.
